  • How Does The Online Training Process Work?
    Online Training Sessions Will Be Conducted Through: Face-time Zoom Google Duo
  • Is Each Week The Same?
    No, the workouts provided will change each week to keep them fun and engaging. The intensity will also vary, with either the weight increasing or the rest period decreasing, adapting to the progress made by each individual client.
  • What Is Strength Training?
    Strength training is a form of exercise that builds muscle by using resistance, such as weights or bodyweight. It typically involves performing 3-5 sets of 8-12 reps, helping to increase muscle mass, improve bone density, and boost overall fitness.
  • What Is H.I.I.T.?
    H.I.I.T. (High-Intensity Interval Training) is a workout that alternates between short bursts of intense exercise and brief rest periods. It boosts endurance, burns fat, and improves cardiovascular health in a shorter amount of time, typically lasting 20-30 minutes.
  • Are You A Traveling Personal Trainer?
    Yes, however, the pricing will increase by 25% to cover travel expenses per session.

Personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment details are solely for the purpose of processing your requests, communicating with you, and providing my services. I implement appropriate security measures to protect your data and will not share, sell, or rent it to third parties without your consent. Late / Refund Policy

I strive to provide you with the best personal training experience. Once a payment is received after the initial consultation, refunds are not permitted. However, I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. In the event of serious illness, a death in the family, or other extraordinary situations, I will make reasonable adjustments to ensure you are able to complete your sessions.

For example, if you pay for a monthly package (such as 16 sessions per month) and are unable to attend due to illness or similar reasons, I will work with you to reschedule your sessions within a reasonable time frame upon your return. Each monthly package is valid for the month in which it was purchased, and adjustments will be made at our discretion based on individual circumstances. There will be no late fees; however, the time will be deducted from the agreed-upon session time. 

Please contact me as soon as possible if such situations arise, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
