First and Foremost Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior and He will always get the Glory!​ I am living proof that His Love, His Forgiveness, and His Grace is real. Being a lukewarm christian for years and finally submitting has given me nothing but wisdom, clarity and peace.

My family comes next, and they are my backbone. From day one my mom and sister  have always supported me. 

Dancing and music were my first loves, and later on, I fell in love with football, earning recognition on multiple billboards in Western Massachusetts. Throughout years of training, I developed a knack for assisting my family, friends, and even teammates with their workouts. Funny enough my mother always told me she could see me training people during my teenage years. It’s deeper than just physical exercise—it’s a psychological journey at times. I knew right then and there that coaching and training clients would become one of my professions.

I earned a dual degree in Psychology, Movement Science, and Business, intending to use my knowledge to give back to the community. It’s been quite a journey, and I thank God for allowing me to impact people’s lives not only physically, but mentally and spiritually.
